World of Warcraft Starter Edition

World of Warcraft Starter Edition (WoW) is the free-to-play version of WoW (one of the most popular massively multiplayer online role playing games(MMORPG) in the world) developed by Blizzard Entertainment. Since it's launch in 2004, World of Warcraft has reached over 10 million subscribers around the world. It's the 4th installment in the Warcraft universe, set after the events of Warcraft III: The Frozen Throne.

Since it's launch, the storyline and world has been ever evolving and expanding with four game expansion packs released: The Burning Crusade, Wrath of the Lich King, Cataclysm, and Mists of Pandaria.




World of Warcraft Starter Edition let's you play your character to level 20 to try out the game before committing to a paid subscription. The restrictions of World of Warcraft Starter Edition include:  the inability to trade, use of public chat channels, ability to join guilds, or earn more than ten gold per character.
